The RKS register system shortens tooling times and reduces production costs.

The screen is preadjusted as accurately as possible and fitted to the printing machine. Only a slight amount of fine-adjustment is then required before printing. 

The register system consists of:

• a register gauge
• drill holes in the screen frame
• alignment pins on the printing machine.

Execution:

1. The register gauge is laid in the printing table, where the film is hung onto the pins.

2. The screen is placed on the register gauge pins with the holes on the underside of the frame and then exposed.

3. Location of the prepared screen frame on the alignment pins in the machine.
